It is my extreme
pleasure to write this short biography of Shore Plastic
Technologies as we prepare to enter our 10th year in
business. I am proud to say that our involvement in plastics over
those years has made an impact on many of today’s products
generated from plastic. Several of those products we now hold
patents on and several more are in the patent application process.
As one of the big names in industry today has stated so well, “We
do not make it, we make it happen”. A good phrase to describe the
accomplishments we have enjoyed to date. Many times we are deep
behind the scenes of a manufactured product, but always in the
forefront of the minds of our customers.
We at Shore have been involved in
countless projects in the design, development, & molding field
where it was our assignment to address the challenges of
product development, product failure, manufacturing, and
troubleshooting. We also play a development roll in
engineering and design in the field of bioscience engineering and
global packaging. We have a strong background in the new “Senior
Friendly” packaging as well as Child Resistant (CR) and Non Child
Resistant packaging. We welcome the chance to interact with
your company on these types of programs.
We offer an
extensive background experience not only in engineering but in
mold making and molding as well. This allows us to consult on and
develop products with a strong eye toward the economics in mold
making & molding. This is rare as most development firms are
industrial designers with little or no experience in actual mold
construction or hands on molding experience. We boast a combined
experience of over 100 years amongst our staff in all facets of
plastics & mold manufacturing. This experience benefits you, the
customer, because we can not only give you quotes for a project
but can give you cost analysis, return on investment, and
strategies that can help you create a solution with the confidence
that your product will run fast, function well, and have ease of
manufacturing. This is something that most product companies
cannot offer.
